Alfaligm: I don’t want

Wayala: Caller on a minibus, the driver’s assistant

Weraj alle: I want off (a minibus)

Abette: Excuse me (a polite way to get someone’s attention)


The Minority People Group’s Language...

Mafiantehi: Are you good?

Wanfienehi: I am fine.

Sedatahi: How are you?

Muga Aa: What is your name?

Hallowhet: This people group’s sweet jelly candy made with oil (like oily, dark-colored orange slices in a gas station served like a hunk of jiggly steak)

Icka: Stuff

Bate: House

Mindy: Knife

Shid: Turn on

Demi: Turn off

Suuq: Shop

Wedgie: Face

Musser: Headscarf worn under the head covering

Dira: Dress worn by the women in this people group

Roda: Laura... that's my name for when I am with this people group that was given to me by two women in a dress shop. It's true. My name has a rolled 'r'. Awesome. :)


And why did I ever spend over 10 years learning Spanish when I could learn a language that has 236 characters (Amharic) or this new one that I can get an original name in?
